Development Projects
As a specialist technology and marketing company for performance chemicals in the oil industry JD Horizons is involved in highly selective additive development projects, principally for flow assurance applications. Typically, these projects are undertaken in cooperation with a specialist manufacturing partner with plant, personnel resources and expertise already in place.
In this activity we seek to identify, develop and commercialise novel or unexploited additive technologies to meet current or future oil industry technology needs. In addition to technical performance our development goals also embrace demanding physical property constraints for oilfield deployment and critical environmental assessments for offshore markets such as the North Sea.
