My Oilfield Chemicals Blog
Hi, I'm Jack Dunlop the founder of JD Horizons. My blog is intended to serve as an informal and topical communications channel for our interests in the oilfield chemicals business and related topics.
So why I am I doing this you may ask? Well, from my perspective there are several (hopefully) good reasons. Let's see what you think.
Firstly, there does not seem to be much blogging activity going on out there in this somewhat specialised marketplace. For the past six months I have been screening news items and blogs through a Google search facility and, apart from some company financials, it has been extremely boring.
Secondly, I hope the blog can provide another channel to promote JD Horizons products and services to its target markets and customers. It's a big world out there and as a small outfit with limited resources we need to communicate with our international markets in the most effective and timely manner.
And, last but not least, perhaps my blog can become an additional forum for informal discussion between like-minded individuals with complementary interests in the oilfield chemicals business.
